Bras for breast cancer: I have just started work again on this series. I need hundreds of volunteer models to create more national flags for my Bra Spangled Banner series and some new secret projects! I make them by taking photos of my volunteers wearing as many bras as they can bring, using a modified document scanner. This generates very high resolution images showing all the details of the fabric and skin tones, tattoos, scars etc. Hundreds of scans are then assembled to create these iconic national flags. 14th September - 4th October 2025 Having appeared in the Ozzie press since the early 2000s I'm now planning regular visits to grow my presence there. Four of my works have recently been bought by The Museum of Desire in Melbourne and I look forward to checking out the installation and completing a residency these in the Autumn. Sand from Every Country in the World Do you remember that scene from Saving Private Ryan where one of the characters collects sand from the Normandy beach and puts it is his pack, revealing the tins from all his other campaigns? Casting molten lava I'm not sure this is a good idea but that's rarely stopped me in the past. I'm interested in using lava to make sculptures. Holocaust Memorial Announced on the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, my next big project will honour the victims of the Nazi concentration camps of World War II. Elephant survival in Tanzania I have been invited to collaborate with an elephant charity based in Tanzania on an interactive installation to raise interest in an new and fascinating way of preserving the last surviving elephant families in the area. By demonstrating how similar we are to these animals perhaps we can increase the empathy required to save these animals from extinction. Evolutionary insights in vaginal morphology and variety I have been invited to collaborate on a scientific paper by a professor of evolutionary biology. The biometric data contained within my hundreds of casts of the body is a unique reference library of genital morphology. By digitising the collection, computer analysis will be able to understand the variations in morphology and their evolutionary direction, providing invaluable insights in the understudied field of women's healthcare. An end to female genital cutting I have been invited by the Orchid Project to collaborate on a project to raise interest and understanding around the need to end the destruction of young women's genitals via cutting and stitching in the most brutal of fashions. We are creating a series of vulva castings of women who were cut as children and have not yet been able to access reconstructive surgeries.
